Project: Enrollment & Marketing Funnel Optimization

💢 Problem: The organization struggled with low lead conversion rates and limited visibility into campaign performance. Disconnected datasets and unclear user behavior patterns made it difficult to identify bottlenecks in the enrollment funnel.
 

💡 Solution: I took a data-driven approach to uncover insights and improve performance. My process included:

  • Analyzing 1,000+ enrollment and campaign data points to identify trends and drop-off stages

  • Building interactive dashboards in Tableau to track KPIs, conversion funnels, and acquisition channels

  • Applying behavioral and psychological insights to understand user decision patterns

  • Streamlining reporting processes using advanced Excel techniques to improve efficiency

  • Presenting actionable recommendations to optimize targeting and campaign strategies
